Ben got in touch with the label just after he had started a crowdfunding drive to help produce this album. A preview of some tracks via Soundcloud led to the interest in releasing it on Twice Removed. Ben describes himself as a “Psychonautic composer from the realms of the internet” rather than a musician and this is evident in the scope of his music which covers a variety of genres such as Ambient, Modern Classical, IDM and others with a very strong soundtrackesque feel which is highlighted by his collaborations with Dan Donahoo on both this and his previous album “From Atop A Frozen Summit”
